You can delete your Culm account, made by Appivate AS, at any time. You do not need an account to use Culm; this page is for people who signed in with Apple or Google to sync or join shared groves.
1.In the app
- Open Culm and go to the You tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Apple or Google when asked. Your account is deleted right away.
Before you delete, You → Download your data gives you a copy of everything, free.
2.Without the app
Email hei@appivate.com from the address you signed in with, and write that you want your Culm account deleted. If you used Apple’s private relay address, tell us which one. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
3.What is deleted
- Your account and the email address and name stored with it.
- Every habit, check-in, bend day and setting synced to your account, and what you grow.
- Your stalk in every shared grove, and sunshine you sent or received. If you looked after a grove, the longest-standing member takes over.
- When you delete in the app, the habits on that phone are erased too.
4.What is kept
Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider, as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Read more in the privacy policy.
